Camper electrics

You want to charge the starter battery by pushing electric from the Noco into it through the cigarette lighter socket?
I'm probably misreading what you mean but I thought you wanted to use your Noco Genius to charge the leisure battery not the starter battery?

I want to use the Noco charger to charge only the leisure battery.
the leisure battery installation is done in such a way that I have two additional cigarette lighter sockets coming out of this battery. As one of the forum users wrote above, it is better not to charge through the cigarette lighter. (I understand that this is an available option)

The cigarette lighter style socket isn't very solid for knocks and should only run at 8A over sustained periods. Charging through it is an OK approach for temporary top ups or a trickle charge while in store but not ideal for regular charging.

Be aware that if you take 240v into a metal bodied van it should have the 240v earth bonded to the van ground and an RCD fitted. You should certainly do this with any fixed install. For temporary use consider a tent style all in one EHU/RCD lead into your awning and then run 12v into the van.
