If it has stop start its a smart alternator. I think all T6 and T6.1 have them

I’m having some problems with the VRM app.
I was away in my camper for a couple days and now the app and my system are not connecting.
Any ideas?

Yeah try this first.

I've sat mine so it auto reboots if there's been no contact with vrm for 15 minutes, had issues before I did this but it's been solid for months now.

If he has no connection to VRM he won't show it remotely. Maybe go to the van and bluetooth to GX and reboot. Or there's the old shut down LB leave it a few minutes and turn it all back on

Yeah, if there's no connection it won't be able to do a remote reboot.

Once it's back online, turn this on
