It’s what is poor people do! It used to be possible to convert club card points to airmiles!

Absolutely! I’m dumping my airmiles too! (I used to travel the world for a large telco….I’ve got one or two collected!)

I can confirm the South East (at least my bit of it - North West Kent) is still an absolute mess. Getting fuel is a complete nightmare still, the only way is to follow certain social media threads on where’s just had a delivery and get there within minutes…

I wonder if the AA’s misfueling service will sort you out if you fill the tank with mortar? Plays havoc with the DPF I imagine…

Filled up at Morrisons yesterday in Warrington, all normal, no queues

As my Smart Car was almost empty I thought I’d try the local Asda on the way home from having my Flu jab.
Drove in, straight up to a pump with no queuing and filled up with £34 worth of diesel.

My Tesco fuel station is now 'closed until further notice' :-(

Filled the van up just off M5 J25 on Wednesday, no queues (the station just behind the motorhome centre, by the A378 turning, the one with the home made pastries ). Filled up again just now Tesco in Branksome, Poole, again no queues. Pity the poor saps on Sky News still suffering horrific queues inside the M25.

Just filled up at Asda in Doncaster on my way home, no queues no drama, though I did notice that diesel wasn't available at every pump. Passed another couple of filling stations afterwards that were operating as normal too. Seems to be coming a North/South divide thing, wIth us up here getting the smooth side for once.
