Do you have a T6.1 with faulty App-Connect?

23 T6.1 here and I use CarPlay and Apple Music as well as calls and Waze and always a DPF monitor and I don’t have any issues. In fact I never use the Radio or built in nav.

I have the 8” screen I think if that makes a difference.
 
Would you be happy to share their official response? I’ve been trying to get my local dealer to investigate for a year or so and they just keep fobbing me off with the fact that the fault stops whilst investigating….5 mins after driving away, it comes back as I drive home.
I extended my warranty last year so I can hopefully still pursue it and get a solution; not that optimistic to be honest, but having something official that admits there is an issue might help?
