DRL feed for additional LED lights

I’m wanting to wire these to come on with the “welcome” lights (fogs in my case). Does anyone know if there is a convenient way to do this, or would I need to tap into the foglight feed?
Obviously they will also go off when the Welcome lights go off, though there might be a way to wire them to the ignition as well, but I’ll consider that later.

Use of a simple diode on two incoming feeds will allow you to do that. I will use the footwell light as that always lights on unlock.

Stuck mine to the grill. What I've seen if those stuck to the bonnet, they seem to shine down on the grill more.

@VioletVW - by tapping into that particular fuse, does that mean the LED strip switches on & lights up when you turn the ignition on?

Or do you need to turn the drl / sidelights / main headlights on for the strip to light up?

Annoying thing is I don't really get to see them myself...

No, that fuse comes on with the ignition.
