First time help with ecoflow setup

Yes, I used an XT60 connector to plug into the solar input of the Ecoflow. This then connected via a changeover switch to both the 12v ignition supply and the solar panel input.

I was still only getting 12-14v in from ignition live which equated to around 100w which really didn't charge it very much at all on my daily commute.
Thank you for the clarification.

Could you read from the unit what the input Watts were? Because if your unit allows up to 15A (as stated for my Delta 2) then I would have expected more than 100W at 12-14v.

I sold it and reverted to a leisure battery setup.

The EF Delta Mini specs on their website says 8A

Jumping onto this thread, would it be possible to have the roof spots hooked up to the van battery as normal but when you want to use the lights when engine is off you can just flick a switch so its using the EcoFlow instead? if so how would this work?

It's potentially more cumbersome/risky to combine fixed wiring in the van with a power feed from a portable power pack, especially if that also connects with the main battery wiring.

You would need to find the +12v BCM timed feed from the main battery to the courtesy lights feed. You can then interrupt it with a 2 way switch, but you must make sure it's a break before make switch to ensure there is never a point where the 2 feeds are directly connected. Then wire the feed to the courtesy lights from the common terminal and then the feed from the BCM to one terminal and the wire from the EcoFlow to the other.

You would be wise to use one of the barrel outputs from the EcoFlow and not the classic "cigar lighter" as those are not very secure. Also ensure the cable is secured to something so when you are plugging in or if the pack slides the strain doesn't go on to the switch connections. Consider putting a fuse in that feed just in case.

You can do that with a 3 way switch...

It's the same as using a leisure battery.

You need to have the PPP output 0v connected to the chassis ground.( To make sure you have 0v return)

Then 3 way switch, being.

I - Normal lights on curtsy. POS
O - Off
II - Override on PPP POS

Led lights NEG to chassis.
