Problem I have is they are trying to work stuff out and not asking me.. I know how my van is set up.. they spent an hr looking for a fuse.. instead of just asking.. twats!.

After 12months of having a Eberspacer D2 fitted by an 'authoriesed' (listed) dealer/installer I have found out that it has never been wired correctly, they have only ever fitted an Easystart 7 day time once(mine) and were'nt really sure how they operated.

Should I pay for this 'diaganostics'?. Arrived here at 0830.. and still here at 1200..

Well back home now.. and what a waste of time.. Heater still not fixed and fed alot of BS at the same time. I will be calling ebby customer services in the morning.

We still don't have a manual... takes three weeks apparently (it's not urgent) so we are still figuring stuff out as we go.
Thank goodness for this forum as I already knew what a DPF was when it came up.

It's via the "stealers". Husband went to see them. From the report of his interactions with them, we will not be using them for anything to do with our van after this.
