Fuse holder A auxiliary stuff number 3 - engine warning light

Hi, I've an ex RAC van and wanted to isolate their split charge electrics so, as well as tidying them up in the cab I removed the fuse - third one along in the E box - and now I have an engine warning light on the dash.
Everything still works, like I thought it would.
Can this be programmed out or should I put the fuse back in?....
Maybe I've missed something it powers.

If you have the light on then there should be corresponding code(s) which will tell you more about what is causing it to be on?

Diagnostics would definitely help.
I thought that fuse was just for aux stuff, unless towing is on there too

Forgot I had a code reader...
None of the fault codes made any sense so I just deleted it and after a 200 mile drive all is well.
