Can either of you tell me, the black clip that's holding the pipe and wire together is it fixed to the bonnet or just floating ?

@Pauly put me down for one kit when you're happy to start churning them out. As always no rush as van will be at converters for all of Feb.

Installed mine today, all pretty easy to go in
I couldn't find any tubing small enough locally so have just put some braided sleeve over the cabling (it's covered in loom tape end to end anyway) and all seems to work ok
You can see the cable going through the bulkhead grommet and the extra ring crimp on the earth post for the negatives

So sadly after finding out mine has the heated washers it looks like they are not working at the minute. The washers stayed frozen this morning despite the rear and the headlights washers being ok. Dunno if it will be a fuse or something else?

Not sure mate will need to add it up but under £100 delivered

Checked today and only have one tube thingy.. oh well. Yeah I’ll be interested in upgrading as will be heading to Austria at some point. Cheers mate

I have all the wires under the bonnet suggesting I have heated washers, but mine were frozen solid today. Is there a way to activate the heated feature that i'm missing?

No they are fed on an ignition live so are always on when the vans running

Enough screen wash used ?
My transit squirted this morning then froze on the screen and didn’t work for the rest of the day guessing I mixed it too weak !
It only heats the top of the outlet

I just noticed one of my headlight washer jet arms half hanging out the bumper, but thankfully a bucket of hot water poured over it and it's slowly retracted.
Maybe it's best to not actually use the washers at all during this deep freeze.
