New to the forum (wish I had found it earlier!)

We are currently looking to buy a T6 van and have it converted into a camper. Does anybody have any good recommendations in the North East of England/Yorkshire?

So far I've looked at and spoke to:

- 8 Ball nr. Hull

- Ultimate Camper Sales (link) - certainly not near but seemed good having spoke to them a few times.

Would appreciate any views on the above or any other recommendations.

Morning everyone. I'm Jonnie from West Yorkshire and have had a t6 tsi 150 manual for around a month now and loving it. Came from a gla45 AMG so would be quite interested to find out what people have done tuning these . Unfortunately the clutch has started to slip only one month in with no map on it and only 25k so I'll be upgrading it when it's out if anyone knows what the helix or Sachs performance clutches are like please let me know.

As I’ve said before to others asking the same question. When looking for a converter it’s worth travelling to get the result you want.
Most converters have some very informative web sites for the initial look over.

There’s been a couple of recent discussions on weight of conversions and suitability of the T28/T30 variants for the overall converted weight. Might be worth a read before you choose a van to convert.
