No aircon again. That’s a deal breaker for me. When you’ve slept in the van overnight next day it’s a good way of drying the van out right through too.One on here if your happy with a basic van to build on priced dropped recently
Totally agree with you just thought as OP put up basic vans he was open to it and a fair bit cheaper than ones postedNo aircon again. That’s a deal breaker for me. When you’ve slept in the van overnight next day it’s a good way of drying the van out right through too.
I agree, and nicer condition. I couldn’t live with those high security door locks in a camper and it’s not economical to remove them.Totally agree with you just thought as OP put up basic vans he was open to it and a fair bit cheaper than ones posted
Yes I think because I've put the deposit down they've taken it off Autotrader. I'm going to call them tomorrow...I really hope I can get the deposit back. I rang the guy this morning and he said it's not been remapped which I can only conclude the Autotrader advert was incorrect (I took screenshots phew). Hope I don't have a load of hassle getting my money back. That advert is gone already
Beg to differ ! Plenty of T28 very capable campers out there, including mine. All of the above from @CJW and @Bigsidavies plus if you are thinking of a camper conversion in the future then a T28 will probably will not be suitable due to the weight of everything you install.
Air con is a must!
You will get your deposit back if you are firm with them, the advert was wrong and you bought it on the basis of the advert, end of, don’t let them push you around you have been miss-sold, their mistake not yoursYes I think because I've put the deposit down they've taken it off Autotrader. Also be aware, that the cost of a camper conversion can cost around 10k - 20 k, it might be worth considering a van that’s already converted, wish I had!!@heather123
What’s your top budget and what’s the plan with the bus?
If we all know that we may be able to have a look round for you plus an idea of your location
We spent months looking for one already converted but for the mileage we want (ideally under 50,000) they are just out of our budget. So we thought if we buy a panel van and do a mix of converter company doing the main bits (window, pop top, insulation) we could get the other bits done separately as and when and overall it should cost less.Have you thought of buying one pre done or you want to do yourself to your specs/taste?
