Did they offer a “Black Friday discount because the quality is shit” or a “Black Friday discount because they wanted to sell stuff”?!!I have a habit of only finding negative reviews after buying something… As silly as it sounds I did wonder if I could get a partial refund to cover having them refinished/repaired. They said as they were already discounted as part of Black Friday that wasn’t an option
Time to go for a return and full refund ie you do not pay courier/carriage costs. The reason for refund is faulty product, not that you didn’t like them or changed your mind.
They might sharpen their pencil then, but be ready to send them back.
