New campervan buyer

hi all, I’m new to the Transporter world and the forum. Looking to buy a converted camper and have an option of HiLine 150 BHP T6.1 69 reg plate (registered 02/20) with 88000 on the clock. I plan to use the van for everyday driving and some travel, likely 8000-10000 a year. I’m concerned that the van will rapidly depreciate in value in 4-5 years and I am thinking I might be better of to look at half that milage if I can find, even if it is year or two older. Any advice whether that makes any sense or I should take the one I’ve seen. Thank you.

take the one I’ve seen
That word there worries me....

If you've only seen one then I'd probably wait a bit and not get happy goggles on - but wait, breathe and look at quite a few before you commit to a good chunk of money on a daily driver....!

Just my tuppence

Hi I'm also a newbie wanting a van. is a 104 or 150 the way to go, I would also like a dsg .I'm finding it all a bit confusing any advice would be appreciated

General Concensus is that a 150 is the sweet spot for a T6, it's personal preference if you go for manual or DSG. Obviously, the DSG will entail more service cost. Its also 6 speed manual over 5 speed for the 102. There is no 102 DSG
