I have spoken to the manager. He says I can rent the wrongly ordered van off them until another one is built. Rental cost will be what I pay on my current finance lease. Not sure I should pay anything especially after reading the post above! Might ask for electric tailgate or heated seats as compensation for the inconvenience.

When my build date was canceled and moved by VW they gave me a new Kombi until it was ready for collection, approx 3 months extra i waited. As above have said it is there mistake so they need to sort it at there expense, not yours!

Still no update on when I’ll see mine which I find a little odd considering both of ours was built the same week.
