Nordic Tolls

I am travelling up to and around Finland this summer, via Denmark, Sweden's East Coast, and into Norway close to the Arctic circle. I have no set route until I get to Finland, so am not sure which Exact route I will take. Is there a Pass that covers all Tolls/Bridges/Tunnels/Ferries, or will I need more than one? TIA

Can't comment to much but for Norway etc I have signed up for a pass here FLYT. They mention The agreement is active in all tollstations in Norway and some tollstations, ferries and bridges in Sweeden, Denmark and Germany.

I have seen it mention that a lot of people have not bothered and pay as they go as the savings don't add up to much on some trips.

We didn’t use the bridges to Sweden, we took a cheap ferry from Germany to Sweden £70, Travemunde to Malmo, last September.
We drove up Sweden into Finland, no tolls, then we drove to top of Norway and then spent 3 weeks driving back down the main coast routes in Norway, lots of ferries and tunnels, total tolls for those 3 weeks in Norway was under £50, it’s really not that expensive.
We ordered a tag but it got lost in the post so we went without tag but got the bill as we had registered the van reg.
It will be the bridge over to Sweden costing the most.
