That was my thoughts doing France and Germany and will register with Belgium and see when Spain is needed as well

That's why I warned of 'rip-off' sites, I've always bought mine from the Berlin site except for one which I bought from a TUV station when in Germany and I think that was a similar price to the Berlin one.

Absolutely, looking back I see I paid just under £4 in 2017 for the French one and just under £5 for the German one. I've seen them being sold by 3rd party websites for over £20 each!
