“Happy wife” is an alien concept in JOG Towers!

@Trouts what sort of price do you reckon the large bags will be?

hi @Broadside,
without sounding like i'm avoiding the question I really wouldn't like to commit to a price point atm - which is REALLY frustrating as I know for most people/purchases that is the key piece of information.
it's just that at this stage there's a lot of variables with it - ie: i'm hoping that i can use a fire/heat resistant material, but if this is uber expensive then that'll have to change.

I guess if i was pushed my hopes are somewhere around the £20 - £22 for the small and £25 - £28 for the large.

Cutting a batch tomorrow, so please message if you would like to get one cut this time round. Cheers

These look great @evans1089 - may be interested in getting one cut. How easy to submit a personalised design?

Has anybody a solution to safely raise the pit off the ground?

Send me some photos of what you require mate.
The pit base is elevated approx 100mm off the floor.

It won’t fall over unless you push it over intentionally
That's good. Was more wondering what people do to raise it above ground to avoid scorching and keeping it stable. Guessing few bricks and slate and jobs a good'n.

If you plan on using it on grass, a simple foil tray is what I’ve used before. Ones that you cook turkeys in lol. Or a slab for a more permanent position in a garden

trying to work on a little accessory for this (along side the bag ;) )

These look great

Would it be possible to add a removable BBQ briquette shelf (with airflow holes), close to the grill (100mm?). You could BBQ, then take the shelf out for a campfire.

2nd question, how much for this design, in large SS?

All prices are shown on page 1 mate. I can add a hole on each side for you to bolt something in.
But I’d need a little inspiration as to what you want it to look like.
