Cheers but why what is it? I thought it was just a flaw. Took it blind basically as the sun is actually quite bright, who knew!

It’s a cool photo.. it’s to do with ice crystals in the atmosphere.

I was thinking it was called ‘dog’ or ‘bull dog’ but couldn’t remember tbh.
Looked it up, it’s “sun dog” lol

That is my daily walk to work along the Severn Estuary, the view is from the Berkeley Side looking across to Lydney Dock. One of the highest tidal ranges in the world it rises 15m on a spring tide and runs at 15knots.

Very nice! Mine is the 2 metres from the dining table to the desk at the moment!
