Power-Closing Sliding-Door Retrofit

@Deaky @Pauly perhaps you could try to see if pressing the extra button is reported in blockmaps.
The regular buttons are seen in 015-1
For my basic three button remote: Not oper/Lock/Unlock/HDF depending what button is pressed (HDF=tailgate, Heckdeckefernentriegelung=remote's 3rd button).
Just to confirm it triggers a different function.
Perhaps to monitor also neighbouring groups at same time just in case.
Just to clarify - probably need to do when IGN OFF, no key in ign lock, drivers door open.

Two steps forwards one step back :(
Starting to think my BCM is just not compatible with this mod :cry:
I have relearned keys again and this time used the new slide door button to adapt new keyfob and it accepts the fob but the button still doesnt work
Looks like i may need to investigate software/parameters, i can flash the BCM to B or C if i need to but not sure about datasets (if they are even available ?)

Can i please get some details from peoples BCMs
I could do with HW/SW/Component details along with the dataset number which is in the advanced id button of module 09 BCM
I actually need a few with factory elec slider and a few without

not sure whos got factory electric doors and vcds ?
@Deaky
@Robert
@StudleyGlass
anyone else ??

Additionally flashing your BCM to higher revision is not going to change anything.
As I said earlier here all versions/revisions of BCM PQ25 Max4 are compatible with sliding doors.
Your CAN Gateway even has both address' on its INSTALLATION LIST ( 0D: Slide Door Left & 78: Slide Door Right).
Regarding Data Set for the BCM, there seems to be only two variants (with & without Fatigue Detection feature).

And what about FATIGUE DETECTION on these two?
Both vans have it - you mean the "Take a coffee break" announcement - definitely, I have driven both of them 40.000 km so have seen the warning quite a few times.
Isn't the fatigue detection actually a function in the gateway portion of the box? With this selection? ;)

Exactly, thanks.
BCM box (as we all know) includes actually 3 components: Central Electronics Control Module, Can Gateway & Battery Regulator.

EDIT:
There is no correlation with electric sliding doors but I wonder if @Pauly had that feature as a factory option?

Thats exactly what my coding is, i have tried lots of variations including 03 twin sliders and 01 single slider

I dotn intend to flash i just want to check dataset numbers for similarities and differences at least then it could potentially be confirmed/excluded

yes my van tells me to take a break on long trips

TBH im running out of ideas
As far as i can tell the coding is 100% i have BCM codes from 4 vans with factory electric sliders and my coding matches all of them/all differences accounted for
Adaption channels seem similar and cant get any extra info from here ?

I took the van to get my IMMO programmed for mny extra key done and the guy (who im friendly with) is a VAG retrofitter, he had odis/vcds/vcp on it and chekced everything he could think of and wasnt sure why it doesnt work, one of the things we discussed was BCM revisions/software/datasets hence the above question as another thing to investigate/rule out ?

I think @Robert i may need to take you up on your offer of borrowing your original BCM for a bit of testing if i cant make anymore progress ?

Does measurement block 015-1 or 015-3 report status change when you press the FOB button? @Robert ?

Please see my video below( as per @mmi instructions).
There is no point for dash buttons verification as @Pauly says they function correctly.
