Power-Closing via key fob.

I have a vcds is it possible to have my electric tail gate close on the key fob. T6 204 Dsg. .

I have seen a company called volksfit ,program it so it opens on fob press

Listers in droitwich were advertising this on Facebook. They’ll program the function for £50, so it must be doable with VCDS

Yep - just a tick in the adaptations menu. Long press to close as long as the parkings sensors dont pick up anything.

HELP... Have just tried to change my rear door to close,folding mirrors and flashing break lights . the ecu has accepted the new codes but still nothing . All I can achieve is the beep when closing.

Hi I have a new T6 with a power tailgate, pressing the button on the side of the key fob opens the tailgate, that’s great,
But the question is can you close it using the key fob

Is it possible without installing a 3rd party controller to close all doors and windows when locking using the key fob remote?

I have electric doors and tailgate.

Comfort closing will close windows and sunroof, fold mirrors..... not sure about doors.

What happens now with yours?

Found ours opens and closes purely by accident, had it well over 18months before I knew... and on a wet day.

You van set the sunroof to close when it starts raining too.... I believe..... when stationary

Hi all,
I’ve been looking through the forum at ways to get the electric tailgate to close from the key fob and have noticed that people have managed to get it coded to do so.
My question is this, is this something the main dealer would do or would it have to be a specialist?
