Power steering pump leaking

Good morning

I'm just wondering if anyone has used the bga after market power steering pump from gsf car parts? I have a VW t6 and VW want £760 for the part plus labour on top... I can get a bga aftermarket pump with the same warranty for £150. I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience of this brand of car parts?

Who are you going to get to fit it? You can bet the warranty won't extend as far as paying their labour to remove a faulty item and refit a replacement ifnit goes south.

If you're doing it yourself that's not an issue, of course, unless the warranty has conditions about being installed by a "qualified engineer", etc.

It's a company I use local to me (just vags) transporter specialist. £300 all in! Where as VW are touching £1000 all in... I can have 3 of these fitted for the price of having one done at VW...

Don't bother it works fine but it's very loud (squealing) at times. The garage I used said they think it's faulty and they'll swap it but I'm going to order a VW one from tps. £550 I believe and the garage I used going only going to charge me £100 to change it.

Haha I tried one and it was also noisy. I got a refund on it, so not too bad.
I can't understand how these companies can make something and the quality be so inferior.

Don't you think the quality of everything has gone down the drain over the years! I think I'm going to try and get one myself least I'm only the fitting out of pocket then! Did you have any trouble getting a refund?
