Power Steering Pump - Warranty experience

Hi All,

I have the van in next week at VW to investigate a minor Coolant Leak. Figured I’d take the undertray off the van and investigate today, and I stumble across another potential issue.

Looks like I’ve got a leaking Power Steering Pump. Has anyone got any experience with VW and this being covered by warranty?

Level is just below Cool, but there’s fluid dotted on the undertray, so fairly confident this is the problem.

(I have 2.5 months left on my 12 month Approved used warranty).

It’s not been done yet, but it’s looking to be circa £980.
