Stopping emails from the forum

I can't seem to stop the forum emailing me. I've tried the usual settings, and I'm stumped. Knowing that I'm never alone with these things, I thought I'd ask the dumb question. How do you stop all emails from the forum?

I seem to only get "... New reply to watched thread" emails, but still it's too many

If you go into Your Account, you can change it all in Preferences.

Untick receive email notifications in Content Options.

Ah, thanks. That looks likely to help. I'd already switched off the other settings above.
