Suspension sagging at the rear. What can I do?

The wheel arch at the front is stamped into the body higher than the arch at the rear, so when the van is level there will be a smaller gap between the tire and arch at the back. To make the rear gap the same as the front, you will have to jack the rear of the van up in the air. Try measuring the distance from the ground to the rocker panel front and rear.
I didn't know that, very interesting. I will measure ..... but it still doesn't look right to me even if it's technically level.

He will also want to know the measurements from wheel centre to arch for each wheel and the diameter of your ARBs. Steve can ship you what you need if you need someone to do the job locally.

I have a brand new T6.1.
I wanted to keep the suspension standard as I'm very happy with the ride.
I specced "upgraded" rear suspension from the factory to try and deal with rear sag.
The picture attached is of my van fully loaded on a flat surface. I know it doesn't look terrible, but I would prefer it to be equal front and rear.
I measured the distance from the wheel arch to centre cap, and it's between 20 and 25mm difference depending on how level the ground is.
I'm thinking of maybe some sort of suspension spacer for the rear?
Question is, does this mess with the ride, and does it mess with the warranty.
If anything, I will be putting more weight into the van in the future by about 40 or 50kg so it could end up sagging more noticably if I don't sort it out.

That will leave the floor of the interior sloping down towards the front, since the floor is parallel to the rocker panels. Depends on what you prefer.
Every van that leaves the factory has the sill sloping to the front 40 mm on a T32 its 50 mm , I have never measures the interior floor for level but if the measurements we are talking about arent right the van is dangerous to drive ??
 
I think we need to remember that in the OP photos, the van has 650KG in the back.
To me it looks like a van with 650KG in the back, there's nothing "wrong" with the van, the OP wants it to sit level with that weight on board and @CRS Performance has said it's an easy fix, i.e. he can sort it.

There's currently a discussion about this at the VWCC Forum. People have gotten out there with tape measures and spirit levels. Interesting. In very general terms, commercial vans are raised at the rear, Californias are level, going by the floor and the body line on the side. For California owners the main issue seems to be pans not slipping off the hob!

I'm not the only one then! I have some suspension spacers in the post thanks to CRS performance, and it should sort everything out nicely. I'll post here a picture once it's all done!

That is a fair bit and you say you'll be adding 50KG so with a full tank of fuel you're talking three quarters of a tonne on a daily basis.
While these vans are built to carry a load many commercial users won't care if it sags at the rear, you do.
I think in your shoes I'd speak to a suspension specialist such as @CRS Performance.
Agreed, give CRS a call as they can give you options that you currently may not have.
 
I've driven a dayvan with bed version of one of these by Majestic conversions from just above Detroit, Michigan down to Disneyland in Florida back about 20yrs ago, went into quite a speed wobble at 80mph, proper weapon for eating up the miles though!
