What build week did they give you ?
It happen really quickly to be honest. When I ordered (28th June) dealer said end November/December like most people were saying at that time. Then around mid July he told me I had a code 10 wk38, then a few weeks ago code 20 wk35.
It's a pretty decent spec, 150DSG Kombi with,
Indium Grey
Heated seats
Carpet cab flooring
Power latching passenger and driver side doors
Additional Door seals
Front and rear parking sensors with camera
Electric lumbar support
High beam assist
Heated washer nozzles and fluid indicater
ACC
LED front and tail lights
USB iPhone interface
2+1 rear seats
Comfort Dash
I think the only thing on my spec that was reported as causing delays at that time was the DSG Box. I'll be upgrading the head unit when I get it converted later on. Maybe they have sorted their supply problem with these DSG box's or they have diverted them from other area's and they are now experiencing delay problems.
Nice spec ,not much different to mine ,8 months wait ,mine was supposed to be built week 35 but dealer told me on Monday no update yet ,strange when yours has probably landed this morning .
Has yours not been build yet then ?
I had the shipment update yesterday afternoon. Might be worth giving them a call. Was it a code 20 Wk35?
Have to say Rob at Swansea dealership has been nothing but brilliant. Regular updates and responds to email and phone calls really quickly and not pushy at all.

No idea yet emailed dealer on Monday and Wednesday still nothing ,unless he is trying to surprise me .

Would be great if it was the Caravelle dash in a Transporter but I suspect that's (very) wishful thinking. Keen to know the answer too.
I didn't see it in person. My dealer had a Kombi come in that had it and he took a photo and showed me as they had sold the van.
From memory but don't hold me to it. It looks very similar to the Caravelle dash with out the gloss black. It loses the stupid cup holders on top as you gain cup holders next to the gear shift like @Pauly said.
The top cubbie holes have pop up covers, it has a proper glove box and just looks more car like. I believe they may have with drawn the option now and was only available for a very short time. I was just lucky, right time, right place. I'll post pictures once I get it.

Finally got the build date confirmed and forward by 2 weeks . now week 40 so should get it 14th November at the latest! bout time too
