T6 THQ Full LED Headlights

You think they won’t pass an MOT strictly speaking? What’s your thoughts or reasoning on this?
Headlamp washing and levelling systems are a legal requirement and required if the LED headlamp or high intensity discharge lamp has a luminous intensity exceeding 2,000 lumens.

If the luminous intensity isn’t marked on the lamp, a tester won’t be able to tell if these systems are needed. In this case, the headlamps will be treated as ordinary lamps and the vehicle can be passed as they don’t need washers or levelling devices fitted.
From Gov.com

I didn't know about the second paragraph above, so maybe there's no issue after all.

I've had problems with my led rear lights from THQ, so i put the feelers out to them.

An hour ago i got off the phone to Andy at THQ, he's explained that the full LED headlightd for T6 are now way off being released. He reckons minimum 6 to 12 month wait.

Reason being, they put a post out a few weeks back asking for 3 people with auto headlights to try the headlights for free. 2 vans worked okay but one has developed a fault (bulb warning)

And the other snag, he's also said that because he wants them perfect, they're now debating to only sell them to companies for them to fit for you, they won't sell them on the domestic market for whoever to fit on their driveway :(

At first it was loom issues, and now they're not working with the T6 Canbus properly.

I was going to go down that route but £1000 for headlights is ridiculous. Can’t imagine getting any better result than the HID kit. Plus I prefer the look of all black V3s.

I've heard glowing reviews on the led lights thq. I've also screen shot a user who tried them with great results.

I saw the post asking for van owners to have a free set fitted for testing purposes, with fitting to be done in Braintree.
Travelin-Lite are at Bishop's Stortford aren't they (so a bit along the road) and I thought were going to be the retailer, with THQ only doing supply and fit.

Yeah i volunteered for that, but i think they only picked people closer, but who also had like YouTube channels or 1,000's of followers. I know that urban overland bloke had a set to test.

2 of people people testing them had no problems but one had the problem on start up with the auto dance sequence. The van auto sensor doesn't agree with it
