I guess we're in a bit of a catch 22 situation - can't confirm dates until we know numbers; can't confirm numbers until we know dates.

I’ve put in my RSVP, I don’t know if you get a notification or anything so put it here too… see you there.

I have suggested to the site that I will send them a list of attendees and asked if attendees can pay on the day to save further admin.

I would ask that if you RSVP that you only do so if you commit to going, as it would look bad if I am able to arrange this with the site and then only a couple of vans show up.

Gutted I will miss it!

Can't do either. I have the rarest of rare - paid employment - for the first dates, and the missus is back at work for the second. Shame, it's only an hour away.
