Autumn Camp - Current state of play
Steve, is there a cap on the number of places available and when's the latest we can book?
I'm hoping to attend, but it will very much be weather-dependent, so looking to make that call as late as possible.
Hey Bav, there is a cap of mid 20ish for the site. but if we are all respectful we can make room and have things a little closer if needs be. The site is sloped, see photos from last year. There are a few weather dependent attendees... If the weather is poor it will close the site anyways as it would not be practical. If that were to happen then we would try and secure one of the fields at Brook Meadow (this is what we did in Spring), as these are level and fairly well drained.
Caroline is good for refunds or rolling things over.
Fingers crossed for good weather!

Here's hoping for good weather at Melbourne.
If not, plan B at the Sibertoft venue.

Just had a chat with Caroline and I will be sending you all an email individually – with the costs to you attached. I will include her bank details and would be grateful if you can make the necessary bank transfer.
I will send you an email detailing the costs, regardless as to whether you have paid or not. If you are rolling over the exact number of days from Spring Camp there will be no additional cost. Please let me know if you have added or subtracted days and we can work out any what is required.
I will base the cost on the current information I have from my excel sheet.
I should be able to get the emails out in the next day or so.
Just shout if you have any questions.

Had another chat with Caroline and because of the uncertainty over the weather she has agreed that payment can be made on arrival. This will save on the hassle of having to claim refunds should the weekend need to be called off.
She says the field is fairly good at the moment but will update me next week.
For anyone who cannot make it and is still to claim a refund for Spring Camp, please contact her directly.
