Turns out the a pillar trim is loose at the bottom next to the dash. Wedged some plastic in to check and no rattle. I’ll remove the trim and see why it’s moving when I get 5

I had the same problem, I put some sticky back 10mm foam strip down the leading edge nearest the window, no rattle since.

I had a rattle on the passenger side of the dash for over a year that I could never locate. It ended up being the black plastic cover on the rear view mirror. Tap the cover where the base of the mirror meets the windscreen / headliner. If it vibrates seat it properly or use a bit of foam to wedge between the headliner and the mirror. Sorted out the issue for me.

Hi, don't suppose you know the part number for the plastic rearview mirror cover do you? Mines knackered and needs replacing? Can't find it anywhere cheers
