THQ flush-fit sliding windows

When slamming the front doors, our window does not move…
So far they’ve been fitted around 3 months and haven’t experienced any issues with them

Just been looking at these on a van and it seems like the smaller glass panel that slides moves within it's space when you close the sliding door (Ie. it sits nice and evenly initially with a few mm around each edge when you open the door, then when you shut the door you can hear it slightly move (not a pleasant sound), and visually see it's much closer to the front than back - I was not slamming the door either.

Has anyone else found this, or am I being too fussy?
@tpalmer I've just fitted one of my THQ flush windows & having the same problem , I can physically move the glass left to right when the window is shut by approx 3 to 4mm , the inner smaller glass panel shoots forwards when shutting the side door

I've just checked the window I haven't fitted yet and it's the same , did you find out if they are meant to be like this ? PXL_20240405_191151162.jpgPXL_20240405_191135848.jpg

Im having the same issue too with THQ/Camper Glass flush fit slide windows. Driver's side moves a lot, very loose mechanism that allows the opener to move left/right up/down about 3-4mm, whilst the passenger side glass opening hits the right side of the aperture after closing the sliding door. Given the harsh glass-on-glass connection seems its only a matter of time until the slide door glass cracks after clising the door. THQ slides were fitted by a reputable conversion company who immediately contacted THQ to be told they had a bad batch and are sending a replacement. Feel bad for the fitter as it's not their fault, but these are too expensive to be this flawed.

Sorry, just seen this - Interesting, may have to shoot them a message. Mine are the same now as when new, but not sure I fancy stumping up the cost for removal of the old ones and refitting.
