Vibration Issue with 2016 T6 Multivan 204PS 4Motion

Hi everyone,

I have a 2016 T6 Multivan 4Motion 204PS, and I’m dealing with an ongoing vibration issue that I can’t seem to resolve.

The problem:
• The car starts to vibrate noticeably around 20-25 km/h, and the vibration continues as the speed increases.
• At higher speeds, especially on the highway (e.g., 150 km/h), there’s a constant vibration that makes the drive uncomfortable.
• When I press the accelerator harder at higher speeds, the entire car resonates more intensely.

the vibration is not just in the steering wheel but throughout the entire car.

What I’ve done so far:
• Replaced both front driveshafts.
• Bought new wheels and tried different tires.
• Replaced the dual-mass flywheel.

Unfortunately, none of these changes solved the problem. The car has been inspected by 3-4 different mechanics, but no one has been able to pinpoint the cause.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any advice on what to check next? I’m running out of ideas and could really use some tips.

Thanks in advance!

Wild guess, but I’m sure that the Bi-turbo has a counterbalance shaft hidden in the block somewhere. Maybe it’s related to this.
Or it could be the rear prop shaft bearing/balance weights.

Get it diagnosed properly rather than letting techs randomly fire the parts cannon.

It's a 4motion, so main propshaft and any associated support/carrier bearings would be where I'd start my investigation.
