VW All-in plan

I’ve got something odd going on with my van battery. It’s not putting out enough voltage, only 11.9- either it’s not holding it or the smart charging system is not allowing it to get up to speed.

Either way, my Votronic multi charger doesn’t like it and every now and again it trips the camper side stuff.

So it’s booked in with the VW dealer to be diagnosed- and (says this very quietly !) it might just be covered by the All In extended warranty.
We’ll keep our fingers crossed…….shush…quietly

Hi guys my warranty runs out in 2 days and i cannot find anywhere on the net to purchase the all in warranty which includes the 2 services .
Does this package still exist or has it been stopped.

Was quoted recently from JCB Sittingbourne £1030 for the extra 2 years. Was told to do it about a month before my van 3 years runs out. Normally £1300 ish so atm on a special offer.

Having just done this on mine I couldn't actually take about the All In until the factory warranty ended, up until then the only plans offered were service only ones.

It sounds like your garage is advising you on the old system where it had to be taken out before the warranty ended and the vehicle inspected. That's no longer the case. Only constraint now is that if you leave it longer than 30 days then you can't make a warranty claim in the first 30 days of the plan.

No they just explained to me the current prices of the all in plan plus 2 x mot’s and 2 x services.
2 years of bumper to bumper warranty (hes words not mine) didn’t seem too bad a price.

The all in plan is the same, how you take it out has changed.

You will not be able to take it out online until your factory warranty expires.

I would not describe the warranty element as that - there are many threads on here about the much greater restrictions it has compared to the factory warranty - but personally I still took it. Just read the conditions carefully about what's not covered, including some very common but high cost faults.
