I purchased wind deflectors from a practical point of view. Very handy to drop both windows a couple of cm for airflow, especially when it is raining.why so many people buying wind deflectors? is it for looks or practical use?

Both. As others have also said, they allow nice airflow with reduced noise when driving. Not that there will be much need for that in the UK for the next few months...is that when camping? I guess not when driving
