What Have You Bought Today?

My van has an 80-litre tank (standard is 70-litre), so, yes, definitely over £100 to fill from empty - though I never let it get lower than the 1/4 full mark, as below that, the system prevents regens from occurring.

The key to reasonable mpg is gentle acceleration and cruising at/around 60 mph (though obvs not in a town centre!)
Not on my van it doesn't.

Mine went into a regen when the low fuel light was on.
Do you think yours is an outlier or that they all do that? Read on here recently that a regen uses an additional 0.9l of fuel, so without a minimum fuel level, a regen could see you stranded at the roadside.

The boss is adamant that she will want to watch something other than me during the evenings in the van.
I like the idea of the data use being on display. I have fitted a 100GB Vodafone contract SIM - £10 a month to my existing account.
I’m looking for something like this, can you send a link?

No idea

Bought the new Debus Air Sun canopy awning today for short trips, bought the 2 sidewalls too (no windows) that zip in or out. Should be a good quick bit of kit.

Nice. They do a front too, tempting

I had the vango one with sides and found it a little too much for something that has to come down every time you move the van.

Been to Ikea for some flat pack for home and picked up these bits for the van.

Couple of tumblers, some cooking utensils and a funnel

The funnel seems random but when we hired a van (before we got our own) we made mulled wine in a saucepan and a funnel would have helped reduce some of the mess we made trying to pour it out into cups for drinking
