What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Interested to know how you get on with the new struts. A pal of mine fitted them because he wanted a rack to carry 3 bikes but the tailgate was tough to close without a load. Indeed, he commented that his wife could almost hang off of it!

I only fitted one, on the side that the table is located, and to be honest, closing wasn't that different. On opening it was easier, but the reason I bought them was due to the tailgate not fully opening, and thankfully that problem has been removed.

Simple cheap mod tonight... when I dropped off one of my barn doors (before lockdown) the guy had an old T5 SWB carpet going to the tip, so I took it off him. Now the load bay is a little more soft while we navigate lockdown and another month without money for a conversion:

Installed the footwell lights that I sourced from @saxoboy .

The easiest upgrade I have ever done.

Fabsil the pop top enjoying the last chance for a dry day at the weekend
Good shout! How many tins (of what size) did you go through?

The last time I did a tent, I whacked it with WaterSeal (the stuff that would be painted onto walls) which did the trick and cost significantly less than Fabsil.

The impact of lockdown is hitting wider and harder than people realise. I hope things pick up quickly for you when we allowed out to play again

So, if I remove the passenger seat she could go there, eh? Tempting!!!

Cheers @JOG I wanted something different and I think it works a treat.
