What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

@Bav - The pedal lock is in 3 pieces. The biggest piece is the one that slots under the clutch and accellerator pedals. Then there is a smaller profiled piece that slots over that. The lock fits over the smaller piece profile. Nice and easy to fit and its not to bulky. The 2 blue bits are probably about 12mm thick.
If you like I can take photos of the individual components to give you a better idea.
Thanks for the offer, but I think I get the gist from your description and the original pic.

Are the window stickers supplied with the product, and do you feel the product and the stickers together provide enough of a visual deterrence?

Thanks!
There seem to be a few people around that do it when I was looking. Not sure how far north though.
I got it a bit reduced over the normal price of £1900 I've seen other places do it for. But that also includes the gloss trim surround round the radio and clocks.
Not a cheap upgrade especially as you can't mirror Google maps. Still looks trick though.

@Bav- Stickers come with the device. As well as the stickers and the device I also have a disklok fitted to the steering wheel. So hopefully enough visual deterrents to prevent the scumbags.

Does anyone know if you can remove the silver strips inside the original headlamps?
I have some gloss black wrap on a roll and was thinking of trying a strip on the silver strips, if it looks naff it can just pull off, might give it a go

I took off my black side bars to fit sidesteps only to find the instructions and pics look nothing like the underside of my T6. I'm assuming the T5&T6 have different underside mounting??? The product was sold for both, so not impressed.

Tips on removing the old ones would be good
I used a thin bladed knife to remove both the badge and trims. Working from the underside of the badge, gently prise it off, then working around the edges.
Same with the grille trims. I inserted the blade carefullybetween the trim and grille along the top edge. Then working from the outside in gently twisted it, and hey presto the trim popped out.

Thanks, I did the badge a few weeks ago, no problem and have since bought the grill trims, had a quick go yesterdat and they didn`t seem to wanna budge but I guess I just need to go for it...lol, just don`t wanna break the grill.

From what I've read I though it would be a little more difficult than it was. I'll end up changing the grille to gloss after Xmas anyway, so it didn't matter too much if it broke.
