See.... now this is what I was hoping for but I am hearing a lot about solar panels overheating if they are fixed on to the roof fully.

Not fully SEAMED fixed ,left gaps between the panel and the roof keep cool

Have you heard a lot? I've only heard one person on here who's encountered it, I certainly haven't. Mine isn't fully sealed though, just lines of it running lengthways to allow air through and let water out when it's raised.

There's been a few comments on facebook about it and then one of the converters I spoke to, said he doesn't like them as they overheat on some roofs. Apparently he said it is bad if they are sealed fully round.


So, but if it works then happy days. I will go with the other converter.

Fitted some rear side steps with metal tread plates. Just waiting on the fronts from the forum shop
