We had an MX5, but part exchanged it for the van - and yes, it does take a lot more cleaning.Washed it for the first time in my ownership, takes a lot more effort than my previous Mazda MX-5...
Yooo that looks so good, you're becoming a bad influence haha!Finished the retrim of my A Pillars in Silver Milano Suede. Headliner & B Pillars to do next but that’s a job for another Sunday. Happy with how they’ve turned out!

Haha sorry dude. Obviously only done a very little bit so far but it makes the cab feel a lot more in keeping with the actual cost of the van now rather than plastic everywhere.Yooo that looks so good, you're becoming a bad influence haha!
I'm going to look into it, where did you get the material from? And would you say its relatively straight forward?
Well you've made a lovely job of that mate, looks great and like you said will better reflect the cost of these vans! Just sent you a DM alsoHaha sorry dude. I got it from AS Trim. And went with Silver to avoid the faff of having to source or spray up different colour grab handles & visors. I bought a 3m x 1.5m roll with a couple cans of High Temp Adhesive for around the £100 mark. The A Pillars were fiddly for a first timer but generally pretty easy. There’s a video on YouTube by a guy called Coastal Cushion Co which I found really useful for giving a head up on the common pitfalls & best way to tackle them.
Thanks mate. I’ll keep you updated on how the rest goes, as I do it. Will be next weekend now before I have a stab at the headlinerWell you've made a lovely job of that mate, looks great and like you said will better reflect the cost of these vans! Just sent you a DM also
Will she not feel rather exposed perching over the engine compartment? In the spirit of everything in the van having two uses, I reckon that would make a perfectly serviceable She-Wee.
When you're desperate for some screen wash, needs must I suppose...Will she not feel rather exposed perching over the engine compartment?
In which case, it'd make more sense to fit it to the AdBlue filler point. In the spirit of everything in the van having two uses, I reckon that would make a perfectly serviceable She-Wee.
