What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

I’ve fitted a Kirivans drivers seat rear panel which hasnt such a deap indentaction, and I’ve wired in a switch to turn the power on and off to my newly installed diesel heater, I know about letting the heater to cool down before I switch it off.
I've also installed a carbon monoxide detector to the van ceiling.

Please check and confirm, but my understanding is CO is heavier than air so your monitor needs to be low down ideally?

Had a weather window so washed her, then booked her in for a service and mot at Lookers VW Middlesbrough and a cambelt and coolant pump at my local independent the day after.

Got it weighed! Now need to go back with it fully loaded to see what the total is and what the distribution is like.

For anyone in the Harrogate/Ripon area I can recommend the weighbridge I used at Melmerby. Dead easy and only £10.

Not what I have done, but what I need to do.

Washed my Shuttle on Sunday.
Monday my other half found her car had a warning light for tire pressure, so she took my van to college.

Now I need to wash the van again!!

I reset the tire pressure indicator on the dash and it hasn't returned...

Cut this spring which unbelievably got embedded in my tyre!

God knows how a spring can wind its way into a tyre multiple times....... so much so, that it couldn't be removed without snipping each ring with side cutters and removing one ring at a time! Even then, it was tough as hell to pull out each section of wire!
