What Van to buy?

Hi @MandaS - love this van. How are you getting on with storage ? Particularly interested if you can fit a small portapotti or similar in the under seat storage ? Are the seats comfy to lie on or do you need a topper ? Sorry for all the questions
Hi @Helly Welly i am always happy to chat about my van
Re the specifics; because of the way the cupboards open, a port poti wouldn’t fit in a cupboard
But you could buy a cover for it - I will look out a link for a lady who makes them.
The seats were hard to start with but are getting softer as they wear in. However, we use a topper because the joins in the cushions can be uncomfortable when using a duvet (less so in a sleeping bag). I am about to buy a customer made topper to add to the luxury
Re general storage, it’s not bad at all considering the van size. The middle cupboard under the seats is handy as you can access from in and outside the van. The side cupboards are not as convenient but useful, under the sink and hob fits a surprising amount. I use the driver seat and passenger footwell to keep things tidy and the shelves in the roof can be used front and back (but the back ones are a head banging annoyance and I have gone back to only using the front one!). Overall, with two of us and a dog in a crate, I keep it pretty orderly
Happy to answer any other questions

Ah thank you kindly for that overview. Yeah the storage looks a little shallow for portable potty, Ill have to have a think about that. Really helpful re storage and topper situation. We are looking at one similar so this is excellent info for us to consider. I most definitely want the U shaped I think, seems a sociable and comfortable sitting space.
