I took advantage of the late sunshine and walked around The Old Man of Coniston last night, staying in Walna Scar car park.

The views across Coniston in the morning sunshine this morning made me want to stay put!

Just done 6 nights in Coed-y-Llwyn near Snowdonia
This are sure has some stunning scenery and great walks
Got stuck in the sand at black rock beach
Then today we've moved down to near new quay west Wales
Will post pics but the WiFi is a bit iffy

Tour de Panadonkia. Doing what it was built for.

First stop after the Eurotunnel is the land of her birth. With a wee stretch of the legs on the autobahn, purely to clear out the DPF, you understand. Well it would be rude not to. Considering she's a bit of a lardy house brick, was pleasantly surprised. And not having any of the bits fly off was a real bonus.

Europa Park, Rust, Germany. Its like Disney....but German. Mate of mine gave me the heads up this place. Quality of the buildings, vegetation, food, rides and campsite is top notch.

Yesterday was John O’ Groats to Melvich. Didn’t see one to wave at .
Today it was Melvich to Durness (Sango Sands). 5 waves given and 5 returned .
And it’s still blawin a hooley with plenty of good Scottish watter at times.
