Not been out today, but am heading over to Colin at VW Van Conversions in Witney tomorrow morning to have my 3 seat bench installed as a 3rd row.

Travelled back from Barnstaple in North Devon today (travelled down there yesterday for a job this morning). Fuel computer says I've averaged 37.5mpg on a 600+ mile round trip with 14.5k now on the clock and a year old T32 LWB 180 DSG van.
Good or Bad mpg guys?

It's eagle XO1 and an Absolute Black 28t Oval chainring.

Nice. I am getting Eagle Xo1 on my new bike. Was thinking about an Absolute B,ack oval ring but will probably stick with the standard one until it wears out. 28/50 is pretty low gearing

I used to ride loads and ended up with a pretty nice rig built up over many years; moved to Polzeath, rode less and less and in that time my bike is now like some ancient relic; I did a race series last year and I was the ONLY 26" wheeled 3x9 geared bike there!

It's all good kit (Cotic Soul, X0, XTR, Fox, Chris King, Hope, etc) but a bit old hat now.
Still it works fine for me and the advantage of riding less is that stuff doesn't constantly wear out; at the peak of my riding I was munching through entire drivertrains every six months.

I still think it looks nice though.
