Working in Formby, North of Liverpool today, a very nice area right next to a stunning beach.

Hoping to get a few bits of the van stripped out ready for it going for some leisure electrics improvements on Monday.
@paulscryer Do those pull across blinds come with the Cali now? I had the Remifront ones in my T5 and have been waiting for them to be launched for the T6 but it looks like they’re not going to bother. They’ve even brought them out for the sodding Renault and surely there must be far more T6 camper conversions than those? Anyway are the Cali ones any good? If they are then I think I’ll have to see if I can source some.
Looks like someone already stripped the wheels or may be its just my crap screen.Rutland Water for the whole weekend.

Sounds like a plan - I will discuss with Jo later and let you know (her choice tomorrow seeing as it's "mothers day")!!Nah, this is the nice part of Leicestershire.

Yeah, I know, but when you try and explain to folk where Rutland is they look at you blank, so Leics is just easier.Sounds like a plan - I will discuss with Jo later and let you know (her choice tomorrow seeing as it's "mothers day")!!
P.S. Rutland hasn't been part of Leicestershire since 1997 - whatever you do don't upset the locals by referring to it as part of Leicestershire
I love those wheels @MEZ50New Forest nr Brochenhurst.

Nice van! Can I ask what awning your using there MEZ50 and your opinions on it? In the market for one and trying to decide between a few!
Hi Berto,
It’s a Rimo Palm Beach of our SWB Bilbo.
Great if you only staying for a couple of nights and don’t want to use the drive away.
Only takes 10 minuets to put up to keep the Sun/RAIN off the side door.
We bought an Outwell sun canopy at the NEC for the exact same reason. The drive away is great, but don’t need the size all of the time.Great cheers Yeah we've got the Galli ready to go for longer trips away but like you say, just want something simple for the shorter trips! Looks ideal. Roll on some sun!

Last awning related question on a non awning related thread.... Our van is also a Lwb. There's a swb and a lwb reimo sun canopy. Don't want anything huge so does the swb version work ok on the Lwb van?
