Hurrah!!
About bloody time...
You won't regret it. :D

When will the mods start?
You need to buy a pink water bottle from @Sackmycook
You need to buy tools
You need to buy spare tubes or modify rims to tubeless
You need a bell
You need, you need, you need...
It's almost as bad as modifying the T6!!

Remember they don't come with pedals, so make sure you get some fitted.
...and get them to double-check the wheel diameter is correctly set and software updated on the controller.

Cheers, they are setting it up for me so I will double check. :)

Any advice on kickstand, mudguards, bike lock, tools, pannier rack etc? :)
There is a cube specific kickstand that bolts into the rear frame..

I bought a few things during lockdown:

I know the biking purists will scoff, but I also bought the Cube kickstand, as advised by @Loz

I’ve got a top peak super tourer panier rack on my hybrid. Solid as F, I don’t take it off ever now as handy to whack a bag on for family rides and acts as a mud guard all the rest of the time.

Just spoke to the bike shop and they advised against cube front mud guard and said something like a crud guard would be better and not limit movement of the front suspension...

looking in to all the other stuff :)

As @moomin-j said it is endless, although T6 needs are worse. I would honestly recommend converting to tubeless it’s the best thing we did. I can cope with a flat but having the wife’s tyre go down, don’t think my ears could take it. Enjoy

Mudhugger are really good for ....... mudguards. Lots of options and they are made I the UK. Pleeeease don’t get a kickstand . Nothing wrong with just laying it down on grass or whatever

This what I am lusting after but could t afford it even if you could get hold of one. Perhaps 2022. Santa Cruz Heckler
