I agree with Bigsidavies. I also swap back to the Devonports with 107/109 tyres for European trips after a bad experience trying to get a 19inch 103 rated tyre replaced in the Alps. I love the look of the larger wheels but they do come with added complications when a long way from home.
For reference I run STX lowered 65mm and don’t really notice any ride difference between the 17’s and 19’s. I do however carry much more weight when on a longer trip than the day to day use at home.
