@BiTurbo is it possible you..will it this to a van with the double front passenger seat? I would only use it when no on was sitting there...or does it not allow anyone to sit in the middle seat when fitted?

I miss having a old type cup holder and ashtray to keep my coins away from eye view!

Think it would be restrictive on legroom for middle seat, that's why it's only offered on twin fronts..

I find the middle seat restrictive anyway so wondering if it would make that much difference? Middle seat is only rarely used. This console would make the world of difference to the drivers comfort imo.

If you fit the centre console the second passenger seat will not be usable there would literally be a few inches between the dash and the right half of the seat

I made a simple foam storage thingy that fits round the handbrake base, with cut outs for bin, cups, bottles and torch. I can lift the bin out to swivel the seats.

Its genuine VW parts, its the centre console for a comfort dash which bolts right onto a standard dash as long as you have a single passenger seat

I’m having the same issues... got a double passenger seat that i never ever use for passengers... would love some kind of storage solution to fit completely over it and down into the central footwell area snugly fitting around the gear stick.

Did you (or anyone else) have any joy finding an alternative solution?
Would be happy to give DIY a go but just searching for a bit of inspiration.

I know it a year since the last post on this.....but have you seen this Thefrok Pickup Zubehör . Looks like its made to match the original VW plastics too. Not cheap though!

Not quite sure how to get this out there but I’ve attached a few photos of an absolute bargain for centre console storage on sale in Lidl right now for only £6.99 , perfect for odds and sods.
We fix it by velcro to our chock bag which sits between the seats and is easily removeable when you spin the seats. Be great to let everyone know!!
