I’ve had a look @DaveyB but I can’t find it. It’s a 20mm x 20mm black plastic L shaped trim. It was in the hardware section. Can see that I need to take a trip to B&Q in the very near future! Do you have a link on their website so I know what to get?

How have you put the depth detail into the panel?A little more progress today. Picking up the leather on Friday. Will all be in and connected up over the weekend.

Same as I did the c pillars @DaveyB . Cut the shape in the board. Stapled another piece of board to the back then carpeted it, pushing the carpet into the shape with a trim tool. How have you put the depth detail into the panel?
So what size boards are you using to enable you still use hidden fixings?Same was as I did the c pillars @DaveyB . Cut the shape in the board. Stapled another piece of board to the back then carpeted it, pushing the carpet into the shape with a trim tool.

What, two layers of it?3.6mm ply wood.
It’s only 2 layers where the cut outs are. What, two layers of it?

Thanks for all your kind words Guess I’m lucky that I’ve always been good with my hands . After the bag of shite I got back after sending my old van for someone else to convert, this time I thought I’d try and do as much as I could myself. This being my second van I know exactly what works for us camping and using the van for work. It’s getting exciting now but I could of happily set fire to it a few weeks ago when I got it back from VanDoc. I’d stripped all the dash, leisure electrics, door cards, stereo and cab out. Got to admit I was a bit overwhelmed

As usual I’d set myself an impossible goal of doing everything in a couple of days. Fortunately I have a great wife who kept me from the matches Glad I stuck with it now.

Great effort, looks amazing! How come you have used Dynamat on doors and SilentCoat on the floor? Is that the best way of doing it?
