Was forgetting the early t6's are euro 5.
Hate the frequency of the T6 regens and driving further / longer than I need to avoid switching off part way through a regen.
Never noticed my Euro5 T6 doing a regen nor any of the previous diesels I have owned, although used to get a hot exhaust smell occasionally from one of them as the regen finished as we stopped. The Euro6 Skoda diesel we have seems to regen much more frequently.
Talking point!!
So will there be a more frequent regen if you use cheap supermarket fuel over main brand fuel.
only reason I’m asking is I’ve just done 3 tanks of super market fuel (was working very close to one so was easier) and I’ve just had to do the whole 15 minute@70 thing to regen which I’ve never had to do before using a named brand.
