Infotainment Reset

Hi,
Life is full of learning. My new T6.1 Trakkadu is great, but on a rainy day we had a long picnic and a game of scrabble.
Unfortunately I had left the ignition on and was unaware that the car was lit up like a Christmas tree; is there not an automatic switch off???
In the end I had to jump start the car and she started without a hitch.

Ever since the Infotainment System will not switch on. I have checked the fuses and tried pressing the buttons.
Track say that there is a reset, but VW want me to book the car in and only have a spot for me in 3 weeks.

Has anyone had a similar issue? Any tips for a rookie???

On a T6, press in and hold the power/volume button for 10 seconds or so until the unit reboots. It will probably be the same on a 6.1

Thank you Deaky,
Have tried that without success.
Someone suggested press the power button for 30 seconds, but still no success.
I wonder whether there is a reset button somewhere hidden?
Will keep on trying.
Cheers,
A

There are a couple of fuses you could take a look. Depending on which wiring diagrams you read gives differing advice (typical VW) SC32 and SC33 both 32a in fuse box SC behind the dash RHS of the steering wheel or another resource says SC32 20a same fuse box
