L/Battery - go large or go lithium?

Those LB voltages are still out - they should be within 0.05 of each other, you've got 13.6v on the shunt and 14.2v on the MPPT.

What's the actual voltage on the battery BMS?

It should be like this (your DC-DC doesn't show the LB voltage)

Also, put up a screenshot of your shunt settings, there's not a preset for this and these settings will affect if and when it synced to 100% when charged.

It should match these.

@Chris1983 you're doing an amazing job, keep it up. I have a Hillside Birchover and have this thread bookmarked as you are paving the way for my install over winter. I didn’t think that I would be able to get all that kit under my drivers seat, as I have the diesel heater outlet exactly like yours, but you’ve given me hope. Thanks again.

Ok, so your shunt is reading the correct battery voltage. Good news.

Your MPPT is still reading the incorrect battery voltage. Bad news.

Your shunt settings are completely wrong, you need to match mine, apart from the battery capacity, obviously.

Once you've got that set, you need to work out why the MPPT is reading 14.2v when the battery is only at 13.4v. Otherwise it'll never charge correctly.
